WORKS BY RUSNĖ SPECIALISED BOARDING-SCHOOL PUPILS PRESENTED TO DIPLOMATIC CORPS

On 22 April, in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania, an exhibition of creative works by Rusnė Specialised Boarding-School pupils was presented to members of the Diplomatic Corps residing in Lithuania: woman Ambassadors and diplomats overseeing cultural exchange as well as wives of foreign Ambassadors.
According to Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Antanas Valionis, holding the exhibition in the Ministry’s premises was prompted by “a human reaction to the sometimes disregarded world of the disabled children that exist next to us“.
"I believe it is each and everyone’s duty to open the door into that world, to discover it for ourselves and to help it as much as we can. I wish to thank the teachers of the School for this opportunity,“ the Minister said.
