In 2022, Lithuanian exports accounted for EUR 44.1 billion and, as compared to 2021, increased by 28.1 %.
TOP 3: Latvia - 12.9%, Poland - 9%, Germany - 7.9%.
The largest share in Lithuania’s exports fell within the categories of mineral products (17%), production of the chemical industry and related industries (12.3%), machines and mechanical devices, electrical equipment (11.4%).

Import
In 2022, Lithuanian imports accounted for EUR 52.3 billion and, as compared to 2021, increased by 39%.
TOP 3: Germany - 11.8%, Poland - 11.7%, Latvia - 7.8%.
The largest share in Lithuania’s imports fell within the categories of mineral products (28.6%), machines and mechanical devices, electrical equipment (14.7%), production of the chemical industry and related industries (11.3%).

FDI
TOP 3: Germany – 19%, Sweden– 10,9%, Estonia – 10.4%.
FDI: In 2022, the FDI in Lithuania amounted to EUR 29,74 billion, a year-on-year increase of 9,7%.
In 2022, Lithuania also attracted a record number of 57 FDI projects,16% more than in 2021.
Lithuania’s DI abroad: In 2022, the largest Lithuanian investment flows were directed to the United States, Latvia, Estonia, and Cyprus. Lithuania’s cumulative DI abroad increased by 4,4% over the year and amounted to EUR 10,58 billion on 31 December 2022.

Tourism
In 2022, Lithuanian accommodation services have welcomed 1,1 million tourists from foreign countries. The amount increased by 127.5%%, as compared to 2021.
