VICE-MINISTER SPEAKS ON IMPORTANCE OF REGIONAL COOPERATION AT HELSINKI CONFERENCE

At an international conference in Helsinki on 4 December, Lithuanian Foreign Vice-Minister Justas Paleckis underscored the importance of regional cooperation and regional organisations. At the forum "Searching for Global Partnerships" held by Finnish Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja on 2-4 December the Lithuanian Vice-Minister made a statement during the discussion on the global role of the United Nations.
