THE UNDERSECRETARY OF LITHUANIAN MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND ESTONIAN AMBASSADOR DISCUSSED THE RECENT EVENTS IN TALLINN

On 27 April the Undersecretary of Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Laimonas Talat-Kelpša met with Estonian Ambassador Andres Tropp and discussed the recent events that occurred in Tallinn.
The Estonian Ambassador indicated that Estonia as a sovereign state, made its own decisions on the issues of erection, maintenance and safeguarding of historic monuments pursuant to the national and international law.
L.Talat-Kelpša highlighted that Lithuania supported this position.
