THE NEW LITHUANIAN HONORARY CONSUL STARTED WORKING IN CANADA

On 27 November, new Lithuanian Honorary Consul Arūnas Staškevičius started working in Montreal, Canada.
A.Staškevičius is appointed to exercise consular functions in the province of Quebec, Canada.
The new Lithuanian Honorary Consul will work to promote bilateral relations between Lithuania and Canada, to contribute to the development of educational and cultural ties, as well as to promote avenues for mutual knowledge between the people of Lithuania and Canada.
A.Staškevičius is also an active member of the Lithuanian Community in Montreal.
There are Honorary Consuls in Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary at the moment in Canada.
