THE BASKETBALL PLAYERS FROM THE LITHUANIAN MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS WON THE SECOND PLACE IN ESTONIA
On April 19 in Estonia, the fifth basketball tournament of the diplomats of the three Baltic States and Finland took place. The basketball players from the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs won a 73:35 victory at the semi-final against the Finnish team, and at the final they played a match with the host team, who had won a victory against the Latvian team. After an intensive match that needed a playoff, the Estonian basketball players own a 65:59 victory.
The basketball team of the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs sincerely thanks Lithuanian Ambassador to Estonia Juozas Bernatonis and all of the employees of the Embassy for their sincere support during the tournament in Tallinn.
The traditional basketball tournament will take place in Latvia next year.
