LITHUANIA’S MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS BIDS FAREWELL TO THE OUTGOING AMBASSADOR OF ROMANIA
On 30 June, Lithuania’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Vygaudas Ušackas received outgoing Ambassador of Romania Gheorghe Tokay and thanked him for his vigorous work promoting an active cooperation between Lithuania and Romania. During the meeting, important issues bilateral cooperation and the European Union’s agenda were discussed.
Bilateral relations between Lithuania and Romania were re-established on 13 September 1991. G.Tokay has been Romania’s Ambassador to Lithuania since 2006.
