Lithuania’s Foreign Ministry condemns a terror attack in Turkey

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania condemns a terror attack, which was carried out on 7 June in central Istanbul. The Foreign Ministry offers its condolences and support to the families of those killed and injured in this attack.

We stand in solidarity with the Turkish Government and the people of Turkey, reaffirming our resolve to continue to support all efforts by Turkey and the international community aimed at combating terrorism.

The terror attack targeted a bus carrying policemen. At least 10 policemen and civilians were killed, dozens of others were injured in the bombing.
