Lithuania's Foreign Minister Landsbergis to pay a working visit to Washington, D.C.
On 9-10 May, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis is paying a working visit to Washington, D.C., United States of America. During the visit, Landsbergis will meet with the United States Deputy Secretary of State Wendy R. Sherman, the U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai, and advisers to the U.S. President. The meetings will focus on important issues of bilateral cooperation between Lithuania and the U.S., the security situation in the region, the need to strengthen the defence of the Baltic states, trade and economic relations, war in Ukraine, as well as cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region.
In Washington, D.C., Landsbergis will also attend the Munich Leaders Meeting, which is hosted by the Munich Security Conference.
