Lithuania’s Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis to visit Finland and Sweden
From 31 January to 1 February, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis is paying a working visit to Helsinki, Finland, and Stockholm, Sweden.
During his visit to Helsinki, Landsbergis will meet with the Finnish Minister for Foreign Affairs Pekka Haavisto, the Speaker of the Finnish Parliament Anu Vehviläinen, and will visit the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats.
In Stockholm, Lithuania’s Foreign Minister will meet with the Swedish Minister for Foreign Affairs Ann Linde, the First Deputy Speaker of the Swedish Parliament Åsa Lindestam, as well as the heads of the Committees on Foreign Affairs, Defence, and European Union Affairs in the Riksdag.
The meetings will focus on important regional and European security challenges, the development of bilateral relations with Finland and Sweden, and priority items on the regional agenda.
