Lithuania’s Foreign Minister expresses condolences over the Russian plane crash
On 31 October, Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Linas Linkevičius expressed his condolences over the Russian plane crash in Egypt that claimed lives of many people.
"On behalf of the people of Lithuania and myself, I express sincere condolences to the families of the victims and to all the people of Russia. At this difficult moment we are suffering together with you. We wish strength to the victims' families," says L. Linkevičius.
A Russian passenger airliner, which flew from Egypt to St. Petersburg, crashed in the Sinai Peninsula, with 224 people aboard, most of them - Russian tourists.
