LITHUANIA’S FOREIGN MINISTER EXPRESSES CONDOLENCES OVER ROAD ACCIDENT IN UKRAINE

On 12 October, Lithuania’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Audronius Ažubalis expressed condolences to the families of the victims, who were killed in a road accident in Dnipropetrovsk region. “Please allow me to express my deepest condolences over this tragic accident in Dnipropetrovsk region on behalf of the Lithuanian people,” reads the Minister’s letter to Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Kostyantyn Gryshchenko.

The accident took place at a railway crossing in Dnipropetrovsk region on 12 October in the morning, when a commuter bus and a railway freight locomotive collided.
