Lithuania’s Foreign Minister congratulates China on its National Day

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Linas Linkevičius congratulated China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi and the people of China on the National Day. Lithuania’s Foreign Minister said that cooperation between Lithuania and China was based on frequent high-level visits, intensifying economic cooperation, scientific and cultural exchanges, and cooperation in the ‘16+1’ framework.

The head of Lithuania’s diplomacy wished every success prosperity, and progress to the people of China.

Lithuania and China established diplomatic relations on 14 September 1991. Ina Marčiulionytė has been appointed as the Ambassador of Lithuania to China.
