Lithuania’s Foreign Minister and the new Greek Ambassador discuss cooperation to address migration crisis

On 16 September in Vilnius, the Minister Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Linas Linkevičius met with the new Ambassador of Greece to Lithuania Vassiliki Dicopoulou. Bilateral visits and political consultations, which are planned for later this year, also increase mutual understanding.

When discussing the migrant crisis, the burden of which Greece has faced directly, the interlocutors stressed that it was important that all sides should meet their responsibilities in addressing the crisis.
