Lithuania's Ambassador to Croatia Raguckienė presented her letters of credence to the President of Kosovo
During an official ceremony on 13 December, the Ambassador of Lithuania to Croatia Jūratė Raguckienė presented her letters of credence to the President of Kosovo Vjosna Osmani-Sadriu.
The meeting discussed security challenges in the region and opportunities for the intensified bilateral cooperation in the fields of security, economy, culture and education.
The Ambassador highlighted Lithuania’s support for the independence and Euro-integration aspirations of Kosovo, the determination to share Lithuania's experience, and conveyed the Lithuanian President's invitation to the President of Kosovo to pay a visit to Lithuania.
The Ambassador Raguckienė, who resides in Zagreb, is the first Ambassador of Lithuania to Kosovo.
Lithuania and Kosovo established their diplomatic relations on 1 September 2008.
