Lithuania’s Ambassador in France presents his letters of credence to Prince of Monaco

In a solemn ceremony at the Palace of Monaco’s Prince on 24 November, the Ambassador of Lithuania in France Dalius Čekuolis presented his letters of credence to Prince Albert II of Monaco. After the ceremony, the Ambassador and the Prince held a meeting to discuss topical issues in international relations and welcomed cooperation within international organizations.

The ceremony was attended by the Honorary Consul of Lithuania in Monaco Alain Michel.

During the visit to Monaco, the Ambassador also met with Jacques Boisson, Secretary of State of Prince Albert II of Monaco, Gilles Tonelli, Adviser to the Monegasque Government for External Relations and Cooperation, Marie-Catherine Caruso-Ravera, Director of Diplomatic and Consular Relations, Vincent Lozza, General Manager of the Monaco Chamber of Economic Development, and other officials.

Prince Albert II of Monaco paid his first official visit to Lithuania in October 2012. Lithuania and Monaco established their diplomatic relations on 11 April 2011.
