LITHUANIAN, U.S., CANADIAN, AND EU DIPLOMATS VISIT BASHED UKRAINIAN JOURNALIST IN HOSPITAL

On 27 December, Lithuanian diplomats and Ambassadors of Belgium, Estonia, France, Finland, Sweden, Germany, as well as the United States, Canada and representatives of the EU mission in Kyiv visited the bashed Ukrainian journalist Tetyana Chornovol in hospital and met with her spouse.
The opposition activist and journalist T.Chornovol was brutally attacked in the night of 24 December to 25 December. She has associated the assault with her activities.
Representatives of the EU, the United States, the OSCE, and the Foreign Minister of the Lithuanian Presidency of the EU Council Linas Linkevičius deplore the brutal beating of T.Chornovol.
