LITHUANIAN MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS HANDED A NOTE OF PROTEST TO THE EMBASSY OF BELARUS

Today Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs handed a note of protest to Belarusian Chargé d’Affairs a.i. in Vilnius Vladimir Voronkovich. The protest is lodged concerning Belarus’ decision to deny visas to six Members of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania who planned to go to Belarus to observe the presidential elections on 19 March.
