LITHUANIAN MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS CONGRATULATED NEW MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF FINLAND

On 4 April, Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Petras Vaitiekūnas sent a letter of congratulations to new Minister of Foreign Affairs of Finland Alexander Stubb and expressed hope that partnership between Lithuania and Finland in the Baltic Sea region would be further successfully developed.

Minister P.Vaitiekūnas invited the Head of Finnish Diplomacy to visit Lithuania in the nearest future.

A.Stubb has been Member of the European Parliament since 2004. He has earned a doctor’s degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science and has issued nine books and academic articles on the European Union.
