LITHUANIAN FOREIGN MINISTER WILL MEET WITH INDIAN MINISTER OF STATE FOR EXTERNAL AFFAIRS AND WILL SIGN INVESTMENT PROTECTION AGREEMENT
On 31 March in Vilnius, Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Audronius Ažubalis will meet with Indian Minister of State for External Affairs Preneet Kaur and will sign the Bilateral Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement between the Government of Lithuania and the Government of India.
The Ministers will discuss bilateral relations, cooperation in the fields of economy, culture and education, the most important processes in Europe and Asia, international cooperation and global issues.The Indian Minister of State for External Affairs is paying a visit to Lithuania on 29-31 March. In Vilnius, she will meet with President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė, Speaker of the Seimas (Parliament) Irena Degutienė, Prime Minister Andrius Kubilius, Minister of Finance Ingrida Šimonytė and Members of the Seimas. P.Kaur will visit Mykolas Romeris University and Vilnius University.
This is the fourth visit of the Indian Minister of State for External Affairs to Lithuania.
