Lithuania’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Linas Linkevičius received a letter of congratulations from the U.S. Secretary of State H. Clinton on assuming office.
The U.S. Secretary of State writes that she is particularly proud of our joint efforts these last four years to advance global security and democratic values.
Clinton is sure that the close U.S.-Lithuania partnership in addressing global challenges, as well as in embracing global opportunities, will continue in the years to come, both bilaterally and through multilateral frameworks.
