LITHUANIAN FOREIGN MINISTER PARTICIPATES IN EUROPEAN COUNCIL IN BRUSSELS

On 11 December, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Antanas Valionis went to Brussels to participate in the European Council and the session of the European Union (EU) Intergovernmental Conference (IGC) scheduled for 12-13 December as a member of the Lithuanian delegation led by Prime Minister Algirdas Brazauskas. On 12 December, prior to the European Council, the Lithuanian delegation participated in the meeting between the Council’s members and President of the European Parliament Pat Cox.
