LITHUANIAN FOREIGN MINISTER EXPRESSES CONDOLENCES ON THE DEATH OF POLISH SOLDIERS IN AFGHANISTAN

Minister of Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Audronius Ažubalis expressed condolences on the death of five Polish soldiers in Afghanistan after Taliban attack on 21 December.

“These brave soldiers died defending the deals of freedom and solidarity. They offered their own lives and we remember that they paid an immeasurable price for our freedom and security,” reads the Minister’s condolence letter to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland Radosław Sikorski.

A.Ažubalis sent condolences of the people of Lithuania to family members of the slain soldiers.
