LITHUANIAN AND RUSSIAN OFFICIALS DISCUSSED BILATERAL COOPERATION ISSUES

On 16 April in Vilnius the Undersecretary of Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Laimonas Talat-Kelpša together with the visiting head of the Committee on parliamentary cooperation with Lithuania of the Russian State Duma Victor Opekunov discussed important issues of bilateral cooperation in the areas of policy, economy and culture.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry L.Talat-Kelpša also took interest in the state of democracy in the Russian Federation as well as the events of 14-15 April in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
