LITHUANIAN AMBASSADOR TO OSCE CONDEMNS TERRORIST ACTS ON U.S.

On September 12, Lithuanian permanent representative to the Organization of Security and Cooperation in Europe ambassador Šarūnas Adomavičius made a statement at the plenary meeting of the Forum for Security and Co-operation of the OSCE in Vienna strongly condemning the terrorist attacks in the U.S. and expressing condolences to the families of the victims.
Lithuania was shocked by these senseless inhuman acts. Ambassador stressed he is confident that the perpetrators and supporters of these attacks will be found and brought to justice.
"All civilised nations should stand together against terrorist barbarianism," the ambassador emphasized. Lithuania stands ready to join the United States and world community's efforts in fighting terrorism.
