Lithuanian Ambassador presents letters of credence to President of Slovenia

Ambassador of Lithuania to Austria Loreta Zakarevičienė presented her letters of credence to President of Slovenia Borut Pahor on 18 May.
During a conversation after the ceremony, the Ambassador and the President discussed prospects of bilateral ties in the field of culture and tourism, the possibility of closer cooperation in multilateral relations. International issues, such as, the situation in Ukraine were touched upon and the experience of the fight against external threats was shared at the meeting with the President.
Lithuania established diplomatic relations with Slovenia on 22 November 1991.
