Lithuanian Ambassador presented his credentials to President of France François Hollande
On 31 October, Ambassador of Lithuania in France Dalius Čekuolis presented his credentials to and discussed the bilateral partnership with President of France Francois Hollande.
The Ambassador and the President discussed the Lithuania-France cooperation and key international issues.
Ambassador Čekuolis noted Lithuania’s achievements in the field of joining the eurozone, as well as enhancing energy independence.
Lithuania and France re-established diplomatic relations on 29 August 1991. D.Čekuolis is Lithuania’s sixth Ambassador in France after the restoration of independence.
