LITHUANIAN AMBASSADOR PRESENTED CREDENTIALS TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
On 12 September Lithuanian Ambassador Osvaldas Čiukšys presented credentials to the President of the Czech Republic Vaclav Klaus.
The President congratulated the new Lithuanian Ambassador and underlined the importance of cooperation between two states on bilateral and multilateral level.
Lithuanian Ambassador and the Czech President discussed the prospects of bilateral relations and the importance of development of business contacts and bilateral trade, cultural, educational and scientific ties. President Klaus shared warm memories of his visit to Lithuania on 25-26 May.
