LITHUANIA WELCOMES GEORGIA’S DECISION TO LIFT LEGAL RESTRICTIONS PREVENTING IMEDI FROM BROADCASTING

Lithuania welcomes Georgia’s decision to lift legal restrictions preventing the television station IMEDI from broadcasting. It is an important decision, which demonstrates Georgia’s effort of will to solve complicated internal and external problems.

Lithuania consistently supports Georgia’s steps in the direction towards Euro-Atlantic values, as they strengthen the independence of the country and territorial integrity, as well as accelerate the integration into the Euro-Atlantic community.
