Lithuania Visa Application Center opens in Beijing
On 11 November in Beijing, the Embassy of Lithuania in China officially inaugurated the VFS Lithuania Visa Application Center, which will allow to extend the collection of visa applications.
The VFS Global, the world’s largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions, manages the Lithuania Visa Application Center.
According to the Ambassador of Lithuania to China Ina Marčiulionytė, the opening of the Visa Application Center testifies to the increasingly intensifying bilateral relations between Lithuania and China.
“People-to-people connections are fundamental in enhancing cooperation between our countries and strengthening economic, political and cultural ties. In this context, visa processing must be as applicant-friendly as possible,” noted the Ambassador.
Diplomats, journalists, China’s business community and representatives of the VFS Global attended the opening ceremony.
The Visa Application Centre will upgrade the quality of visa application process.
OPENING HOURS of the VFS Lithuania Visa Application Center in Chaoyang District:
Monday to Friday; closed on Lithuanian Public Holidays.
