LITHUANIA SHALL SUPPORT ENDEAVOUR OF DEMOCRATIC UKRAINE TO PURSUE CONSENSUS THROUGH POLITICAL DIALOGUE

Lithuania follows intently the situation in Ukraine and coordinates its position and actions with its allies in the European Union and NATO.

We urge all parties to refrain from further escalation of tension and to strive towards consensus through civilized political dialogue.

We hope that Ukraine shall overcome this challenging situation with dignity as a democratic European state. Lithuania shall support Ukraine’s endeavor to follow this path.
