Lithuania and Angola to strengthen bilateral cooperation
On 27 October, the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Raimundas Karoblis received the new Ambassador of Angola to Lithuania Isaías Jaime Vilinga. The Foreign Vice-Minister noted that Lithuania was ready to contribute in every way to the development of bilateral relations in the fields of economy, education and culture.
During the meeting, the officials also discussed cooperation in multilateral forums.
Lithuania and Angola established diplomatic relations on 4 June 2002. The Ambassador Vilinga resides in Stockholm and is the fourth diplomatic representative of Angola to Lithuania.
