At the meeting, the Ministers thanked Georgia for its outstanding contribution to the ISAF’s Mission in Afghanistan and active participation in other NATO-led operations and initiatives.

On the same day, NATO Foreign Ministers met with their counterparts from the Istanbul Cooperation Imitative (ICI) and with representatives of countries contributing troops to the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF).
