Joint Statement by the Foreign Ministers of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania on non-attendance at the 30th OSCE Ministerial Council in Skopje
On 28 November, the Foreign Ministers of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania issued a joint statement condemning Russia’s aggression against Ukraine and destruction within the OSCE and regretting the decision enabling Sergei Lavrov to attend the 30th session of the OSCE Ministerial Council in person.
