IN VILNIUS, LITHUANIAN FOREIGN VICE-MINISTER AND POLISH DEPUTY FOREIGN MINISTER DISCUSS A PLANNED MEETING OF THE FOREIGN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE

At the meeting with the Polish Deputy Foreign Minister Henryka Mościcka-Dendys on 29 August in Vilnius, the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Neris Germanas discussed opportunities to hold a session of the Lithuania-Poland Committee on Foreign Affairs in the autumn and reviewed its provisional agenda.

The officials also discussed bilateral relations between Lithuania and Poland. The Lithuanian Foreign Vice-Minister and the Polish Deputy Foreign Minister stressed the importance of bilateral cooperation between Lithuania and Poland in the fields of economy and energy, as well as close cooperation for the Eastern Partnership Summit preparation.
