HEADS OF EU DIPLOMATIC REPRESENTATIONS IN BELARUS ARE PAYING A VISIT TO VILNIUS
On 21 January, heads of diplomatic representations of European Union countries in Belarus are paying a visit to Vilnius.
During the visit, diplomats will visit the European Humanities University, Human Rights House, Lithuanian National Radio and Television (LRT) and will meet with members of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Seimas (Parliament).Heads of the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, heads of twelve diplomatic representations in Minsk and Chargé d’Affaires from the European Commission’s Delegation in Minsk will discuss the situation in Belarus and the programme of Lithuania’s Chairmanship of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in 2011.
Media representatives will have an opportunity to interview Lithuanian Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Evaldas Ignatavičius concerning this visit.
