Foreign Ministry proposes to deny Russian musician Denis Rozyskul entry into Lithuania

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kęstutis Budrys, submitted a proposal to the Migration Department under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania, requesting that Russian citizen Denis Rozyskul be included in the national list of foreigners banned from entering the Republic of Lithuania.

"Rozyskul (stage name Kamazz), through his repeated visits to the illegally annexed Crimean peninsula, collaboration with the occupying authorities of Donetsk, and performces in the illegally annexed territories of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, has deliberately undermined the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine and thus indirectly justified the aggressive actions of the Russian Federation," the proposal by Budrys reads.

The submission is prepared on the basis of Article 133(4) of the Law on the Legal Status of Aliens of the Republic of Lithuania. Given that Kamazz's concert in Vilnius is scheduled for 3 October 2025, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs indicates that the request should be handled as a matter of urgency.
