Foreign Affairs Council on the situation in Ukraine to be held in Brussels

On 3 March in Brussels, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Linas Linkevičius is attending an extraordinary meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council on the situation in Ukraine. On 1 March, the EU’s High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy Catherine Ashton urgently convened the ministerial meeting in response to events unfolding in Crimea.
