ESTONIAN FOREIGN MINISTER THANKS LITHUANIA
On 15 May Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Petras Vaitiekūnas met with Estonian Minister of Foreign Affairs Urmas Paet, who paid a working visit to Vilnius and discussed bilateral relations, further cooperation in economic and energy spheres, relations with neighbour states in the context of the European Union’s Neighbourhood Policy. Lithuanian and Estonian Foreign Ministers stressed that the united European Union’s position on the crucial issues is very important.
Estonian Foreign Minister U. Paet thanked Lithuanian people, the Seimas, the President and the Government of Lithuania for clear and firm support for Estonia. This support, according to Minister U. Paet, is of great significance to Estonia.
