Employee of Russia's Embassy to Lithuania declared persona non grata

On 1 December, a representative of the Russian Embassy to Lithuania was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was handed a note declaring an employee of Russia's Embassy persona non grata (PNG) in Lithuania for activities incompatible with his diplomatic status. He is ordered to leave the country within five days.
