DURING THE MEETING WITH THE DEPUTY MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF BULGARIA, ISSUES OF GUARANTEEING ENERGY SECURITY ARE DISCUSSED

On 28 January, Undersecretary of Lithuania’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Žygimantas Pavilionis met with Lyubomir Kyuchukov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria and discussed issues of guaranteeing energy security.
The crisis of gas provision that has ended recently was discussed during the meeting. Bulgaria is among the countries, which have suffered most due to this crisis.
“We have to find the most suitable solutions and have to necessarily implement them in order to avoid disturbances of energy sources’ provision to such an extent in the future,” indicated Undersecretary of the Ministry Ž.Pavilionis.
