DIPLOMATIC CORPS WILL BE ACQUAINTED WITH THE PREPARATION FOR THE EUROPEAN BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP IN LITHUANIA AND WITH ITS AMBASSADOR

On 22 October, Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Organizing Committee of the European Men Basketball Championship in 2011 are holding the presentation of the championship to the foreign diplomatic corps in Lithuania. The presentation will be attended by Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Audronius Ažubalis, representatives from the Organizing Committee of the EuroBasket 2011, the Lithuanian Basketball Federation and FIBA Europe. The official ambassador of the EuroBasket 2011 will also be presented.

Foreign Ambassadors accredited to Lithuania are invited to attend the event at Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They will have a possibility to get acquainted with the preparatory work and travel details of the players of the championship and of their fans to Lithuania.
