DANISH MINISTER FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS TO VISIT LITHUANIA

On 12 April, Danish Minister for Foreign Affairs Villy Søvndal is paying a working visit to Lithuania. The visit will include meetings with the President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė, the Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Seimas (Parliament) Benediktas Juodka and the Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Linas Linkevičius.
It is planned that the meeting with Linkevičius will focus on important issues of the Lithuanian and Danish bilateral and regional cooperation, Lithuania’s preparation for the Presidency of the Council of the European Union, Eastern Partnership objectives, energy, and issues on the international agenda.
