Regarding accreditation to the Inaugural ceremony of the elected President of the Republic of Lithuania We kindly inform you about the opening of special accreditation to the Inaugural ceremony of the elected President of the Republic of Lithuania Rolandas Paksas. We kindly request the offices wishing to accredit their journalists to send an application signed by a responsible authority by February 20, 2003. The application should include the following information: the first name and surname of the journalist (correspondent, cameraman, photographer), his/her position, passport number, telephone and fax number/e-mail address (see the sample application form below). Also, two photographs of the person to be accredited should be provided. The photographs can be either sent by e-mail or presented in a printed form. No applications will be accepted after February 20 and there will be no possibility to either change the journalists to be accredited or add new names to the list. Accredited journalists will be provided with the programme of the Inaugural ceremony and additional information. Journalists representing foreign media will be accredited at the Press Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania. They should send applications together with the photographs to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
