Regarding accreditation to the possible visit of the President of the United States We kindly inform you about the opening of special accreditation to the possible visit of President of the United States of America, George W. Bush, to Lithuania. We kindly request the offices wishing to accredit their journalists to send by November 12th an application signed by a responsible authority. The application should include the following information: the first name and surname of the journalist (correspondent, cameraman, photographer), his/her position, passport number, personal number, telephone and fax number or e-mail address (see the sample application form below). Also, two photographs of the person to be accredited should be provided. No applications will be accepted after November 12th and there will be no possibility to either change the journalists to be accredited or add new names to the list. Accredited journalists will be provided with the programme of the visit and additional information. Journalists representing foreign media will be accredited at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania.
