BILATERAL COOPERATION ISSUES WERE DISCUSSED IN WARSAW
On 18 December Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Jaroslav Neverovič took part in international conference “Eastern Dimension of the European Union” in Warsaw, where he spoke on Europe’s East policy issues.
In Warsaw Vice-Minister Neverovič met the State Secretary of Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pawel Koval and discussed with him prospects of cooperation between Lithuanian and Polish Foreign Ministries.
Mr Neverovič also met with Lithuanian Honorary Consuls in Poland and Lithuanian businessmen working in Poland and attended a reception in Lithuanian Embassy finalizing ‘Lithuania’s days in Poland 2006’ where he presented letters of gratitude of Lithuanian Foreign Minister Petras Vaitiekūnas to the participants of ‘Lithuania’s days in Poland’.
On 19 December during the meeting with Undersecretary of Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Witold Waszczykowski Vice-Minister Neverovič discussed the issues related to cooperation with Jewish community.
