Ambassador L. Viltrakienė presents her letters of credence to OECD
On 20 May, the Ambassador of Lithuania to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Lina Viltrakienė presented her letters of credence to the Secretary-General of the OECD Angel Gurría. After the ceremony, the Ambassador and the Secretary-General discussed important issues related to and perspectives of Lithuania's OECD membership.
The Ambassador L. Viltrakienė is the first permanent representative of our country to the OECD. Lithuania became a full member of the organization on 5 July 2018.
The country opened its Permanent Representation to the OECD on 1 December 2018.
