A Campaign In Support Of Ukrainian Fighter Pilot Nadiya Savchenko

During the Foreign Affairs Council that took place on Monday, 9 February, 2015 Lithuania’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Linas Linkevičius initiated a campaign in support of Ukrainian fighter pilot Nadiya Savchenko, who was captured by Russian forces and has been held illegally in prison in Russia. 14 EU Foreign Ministers and one Ambassador had their picture taken while holding photos of the pilot with the flag of Ukraine in the background.
