Diplomatic relations:
Pakistan recognized Lithuania de jure on 8 September 1991.
Diplomatic relations were established on 31 May 1994.
From 2013 to 2015, Kęstutis Kudzmanas served as the first Ambassador of Lithuania to Pakistan (resided in Turkey).
From 1994 to 1995, Yastur Malik served as the first Ambassador of Pakistan to Lithuania (resided in Denmark).
