Minister Landsbergis to attend the Baltic and the UK Foreign Ministers meeting
On 11 October, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis will pay a working visit to London, United Kingdom, to attend the meeting of foreign ministers of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and the United Kingdom.
The meeting of this format held for the second time this year will focus on relations with Russia and China, the situation in Belarus, Euro-Atlantic security as well as climate change policy and cyber security.
During the visit, Minister Landsbergis will also meet with the new UK Foreign Secretary, Elizabeth Truss to discuss bilateral cooperation, especially economic cooperation, relations with China and collaboration opportunities with the Eastern neighbourhood countries.
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the restoration of diplomatic relations between Lithuania and the UK.
